Several people ask us, “How do I get to taste all this Competition BBQ food?” Well, you have to become a certified judge. How do you become a judge, take the certified BBQ judging class or course. There are several of these classes coming up if you are interested. Check out the KCBS website for more options, but the next one in the direct area is in Belair, MD on April 15th.

Welcome to 2023 everyone. We’re starting to plan the year out and preparing for this year’s BBQ Festival, which will be held Friday 16 June and Saturday 17 June 2023. If you’re planning to compete with us this year, the Competition registration pages are live. We will have the registration pages for the Vendors and Entertainers live soon.

Hey everyone, we are all excited for this weekend. After another year of planning the York County BBQ Festival is here, Friday and Saturday, 17 and 18 June, in Delta PA. The weather looks like it is going to be a good one.
